Return, Exchange and Buyback Policy
3 days Money (return) Back Policy (Applicable only for India)
- 100% refund of the invoice value for product return within 3days of delivery.
- Customers need to return the tagged product along with original invoices, certificates, packaging etc.
- No return will be provided if product is used or tampered or damaged.
- It must be unused, untagged and in original condition with OPA packaging.
- No return will be entertained if the above requirements are not fulfilled.
- Once the product is received by us, post clearance for quality, we will issue the refund to the original source or the customer’s bank account within 7-15 working days.
- In case of return for cash on delivery (CoD) orders, shipping will be chargeable for pickup.
- In case of return for Cash on delivery (CoD) orders, money will be returned to customer’s bank account and customer will be required to furnish the self-attested of copy of PAN.
- (Return)Money back is not applicable for customized products and the product valued above INR 2 lacs.
- We reserve the right to modify the Money back policy at any time, so we request you to please review the policy frequently.
Exchange Policy (Applicable only for India)
Exchange is allowed only if the customer wants a different size when it comes to rings category. No exchanges for Other categories unless its a case of manufacturing defect.
It must be unused, untagged and in original condition with OPA packaging
Once the product is received by us, post clearance for quality check, exchange will be approved.
Cancelation Policy
Once payment is completed for a product, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
