2. Definitions
"Jewellery" means the jewellery that is predesigned, or jewellery set with lab grown diamonds, natural diamonds, color stones, gemstones and/ or other precious or semi-precious stone that are available for sale on our website. Please note that all Jewellery is sold on "as is" basis. "Mounts" are defined as designs that hold a diamond(s) / gemstone(s) in place, which may or may not have lab grown diamonds, natural diamonds, color stones, gemstones and/ or other precious or semi-precious. Members can select Mounts and diamonds separately to create customized Jewellery. "Loose Diamonds" are individual diamonds that can be bought without being set on Mounts.
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item. The Company shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.
3. Trademarks
The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner.
4. Registration and Becoming Member
Users may register on the Website to become Members prior to the completion of any transaction on the Website. Guest checkout’s will be provided with a user account on completion of purchase.
To register onto the Website the User will have to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy), including but not limited name, e-mail, contact number, contact address and customer verification question (example: your mother's maiden name), which will be used for verification purposes.
Registration is only a one-time process and if the Member has previously registered, he/she shall login / sign into his / her account.
This Website provides access to trading, pricing, news and other information services related to diamonds, precious gems and jewellery. Certain Services available on this Website are for the use of Members only. Please note that some of the terms under these Terms of Use, differ for purchases may differ for members and non-members.
5. Prices
Our pricing is calculated based on the description section for each of the product on the product page. Due to the fluctuations in prices of precious metal and diamond prices, so our prices may keep changing as well. Prices on www.opadiamonds.com are subject to change without notice.
Pricing may change slightly due to variance between estimated metal and diamonds weight, descriptions and details as mentioned for each product on the product page and the actual product delivered. Any such increase/ decrease would be collected/ refunded to the customer at the time of final sale.
6. External Link to other websites
Our Platform may contain links to other websites. However, please note that once you have used these links to leave our site, we do not have control over those websites. We are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide whilst visiting such sites. This Privacy Policy does not govern such sites. Please exercise caution and look at the privacy policy applicable to the website in question prior to sharing any personal information.

10. Applicable Laws
Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Maharashtra, India, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the courts located in India country, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
As per the current guidelines mandated by the Government of India, a customer must provide the Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all purchases above INR 2 lakh in a day.
We reserve the right to modify, alter, update and/or withdraw any portion of the terms and conditions here time to time without any prior notice. We request you to please visit these terms and conditions frequently to stay up to date.
